Welcome to Bluestream Counseling.
I am Sarah Lambert the owner of Bluestream Counseling. I have worked in the mental health field and social services field for over 10 years. My experience extends from working in Juvenile Detention, Adult Protective Services, Family Therapy through CPS, Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitals as well as military veteran work. Through my vast experiences, I learned that with a helping hand, a listening ear, insight and coping skills; people can overcome. I use techniques to challenge negative thinking and as well as offer an abundance of positive regard.
