Katelyn Rediske
Licensed Mental Health Associate

I work with adults across the lifespan who are navigating the emotional impact of chronic illness and chronic pain, as well as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I’m also deeply committed to providing affirming care for individuals within the LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent communities. My therapeutic style is integrative and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. I am informed by person-centered therapy, Internal Family Systems, existentialism, mindfulness, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, attachment work, and self-compassion. Whether you’re seeking deeper self-understanding, working through deep-rooted patterns, or simply needing a safe place to be yourself, I aim to create a space where your nervous system can feel safe, your story can be heard, and your healing can unfold in a way that feels right for you.
