I work collaboratively with individuals and couples across the lifespan from university students to stay-at-home mothers to older adults. I hold a graduate certificate in religious studies and am experienced working with religious and spiritually oriented clients. I am of mixed cultural background and non-judgmental serve people of all walks of life 
I am experienced in helping clients through various interventions including CBT, DBT and Emotionally Focused Therapy, somatic approaches, meditation, and breathing techniques.  I have a special interest in helping clients feel at ease in their body mind and spirit. 
I have completed a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling ​

Allison is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Work Associate in Washington with a graduate degree from California State University. She has over 13 years of experience working with youth and adults in a variety of settings.
Allison is especially passionate about working with those who have been impacted by substance use or other addictions, trauma (including PTSD and dissociative disorders), sexual assault/domestic violence, and grief/loss. Allison’s approach with clients is warm, attentive, and tailored to meet individual needs. She has training in several evidence-based treatments (Narrative Exposure Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing) but believes the greatest transformation happens by helping people access their own capacity for change. ​Allison is available to see clients via telehealth or in-person at her Longview office.

Pay Scale I accept the following insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Premera, Regence, Pacific Source, and Coastwise Indemnity Plan (First Choice for Longshoremen). My cash pay rate is $125 per 50-minute session and $150 for the initial intake appointment.
