I focus on infertility and first responders- not because I read about it, but because I've lived it. Infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss, postpartum, first responder family life — these aren't just my clinical focus, they're my story. Whether you're tracking beta numbers and praying for a different result, finding your footing in the postpartum season you fought so hard to reach, or coming home from shift and unable to turn it off — you've found someone who already speaks your language. My approach is holistic — mind, body, and spirit — going beyond talk therapy into somatic work, virtual sand tray, and mindfulness, because some things have to be felt through, not just thought through. My path to counseling grew directly out of my own lived experience. Having navigated early adversity—including loss, poverty, isolation, abuse, and neurodivergence—I developed a deep commitment to seeking meaning through self-exploration, mindfulness, and meaningful, aligned relationships. This personal journey led me to a place of profound understanding, compassion, and care for myself, others, and the world around us. Becoming a counselor was the natural evolution of a lifetime spent learning about the mind and mastering its inner workings. Today, I am honored to utilize both my professional training and personal insight to serve others on their own unique quests for healing and purpose
